I graduated in 2022 from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design with a BDes (Hons) in Animation. Since then, I’ve been building experience in storyboarding, character design, animation, and visual development. I really enjoy storyboarding—especially working on cinematic shots and figuring out how to tell a story visually. I’ve had the chance to work on short films and freelance projects where I’ve done everything from clean-up and colouring to background and character design. I was part of the Screenskills Animation Trainee Finder and completed a storyboarding mentorship with CGMA, which helped me strengthen my skills in composition, camera work, and storytelling. I also worked at MOVE Summit 2024, helping with setup and guiding attendees, which gave me a chance to be around industry professionals and see the behind-the-scenes of a major animation event. Always open to connecting with other artists or hearing about opportunities in animation and storyboarding.
