Duties and responsibilities: - Establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows across all projects, ensuring alignment with ISO 19650 or firm-specific guidelines. - Oversee CAD/BIM software implementation, including version control, template creation, and library management. - Manage CDEs for seamless collaboration and data sharing. - Conduct clash detection and lead interdisciplinary coordination meetings to resolve conflicts in BIM models. - Train and mentor staff on BIM tools, workflows, and best practices to ensure firm-wide competency. - Audit model quality, data integrity, and compliance with project requirements. - Develop AI-generated design workflows for rapid prototyping, concept generation, and design iteration. - Train and fine-tune custom LoRAs (Low-Rank Adaptations) for diffusion models to generate architecture-specific outputs.
