Senior Drilling Engineer and Performance Leader with 10+ years of experience delivering complex drilling and well construction projects across onshore, offshore, HPHT, deepwater, and unconventional environments. Throughout my career, I have progressed from rig-floor operations to leading drilling performance initiatives across multi-rig operations, combining technical expertise with business-focused decision-making to improve safety, efficiency, and value creation. My experience spans ADNOC, Chevron, BP, ENI, Wintershall DEA, Dana Gas, Edison, and other leading operators, where I have managed multidisciplinary teams, high-value contracts, contractor performance, operational risk, and stakeholder engagement to deliver successful well programs. I am passionate about operational excellence, performance transformation, and challenging conventional constraints. My work has contributed to record-setting drilling performance, significant cost reductions, and the deployment of innovative technologies that improve well delivery outcomes. Beyond my corporate responsibilities, I actively contribute to the industry through leadership roles with the Society of Petroleum Engineers, including serving as Regional Chair for the Drilling Systems Advancement Technical Section (DSATS) in the Middle East and as a member of the SPE Drilling Technical Director Advisory Committee. I also serve on technical committees for major industry conferences, helping shape technical programs and knowledge sharing across the global energy sector.
