Officer Consumer Operations Department •Carry out covered and prepaid cards issuance requests according to received documents: - Documents review. - Issuing cards for Banque Misr customers. • Carry out cards maintenance activities according to received requests & after acquiring required approval. • Update customer data and change limits on system. • Execute cards issuance (supplementary/ replacement cards). • Deactivate cards, block and cancelation. • Communicate with branches and sales to fulfill the customers' missing documents related to cards. • Execute manual entries/adjustments posted on cards level.
- Assisting in carrying out quality audit and other assurance services to clients in multiple industries, with obtaining all necessary audit working papers and documentation. - Examining financial and accounting records, carrying out a financial analysis of the financial indicators included in the financial statements to track and detect the economic changes and their implications through our comparison. - Identifying and communicating accounting and auditing matters to managers and partners. - Ensuring that the presentation of the financial statements is in accordance with the international financial reporting standards.
Responsible for collecting car taxes and fire grades fees. (Cash and Visa) Doing a daily excel sheet with the fees collected in total and closing the treasury accounts with the entries of revenues and expenses.
