Contract Management, Managing operations of concurrent services overseeing the contract management of FM for ADNOC New HQ, for Tower, District Cooling, and Underground carpark. My Role in Zayed university as a Seconded to represent JBI-Mubadala in commissioning and final handover phase moving to the transition and mobilization of operation phase .and oversees the development of preventive, and reliability centered maintenance programs, including maintenance check sheets, maintenance logic decision trees, and predictive maintenance techniques and Man-hour, and all kind of Maintenance reports through CAFM as a software specializing in CRM & Facilities Management RESPONSIBILITY: -Managing team of (1 Engineer 6 supervisors, 47 Technicians) Watching over the Call Centre duties in order to achieve the perfect follow up with the work orders.
