As the Regional Brand Manager for the GCC and CIS regions, I lead the development and execution of brand strategies to drive market growth and enhance brand equity. --- My role focuses on aligning regional marketing efforts with global brand guidelines, fostering customer engagement, and delivering innovative campaigns that resonate with target audiences. --- I collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and maximize our market presence across these dynamic regions.

- Communicating with clients to understand and document the business objectives - Selecting the most appropriate research methodology and techniques - formulating a plan or proposal and presenting it to the client or senior management - writing and managing the distribution of surveys and questionnaires; - Coaching and briefing teams under my supervision who is involved in primary research both Quantitative and Qualitative upon study requirements. - Following up study progress to ensure meeting deadlines - Receipt and review questionnaires opinion of a team of field - Writing customer preferences report (consumer preferences for all 4Ps aspects, usage and consumption, attitude and decision making) - advising clients or senior management on how to best use research findings; - Managing budgets. - Writing final presentation report - Revising final touch for the report (proof revision, power point, charts..etc) - Other tasks such as writing clients' proposals, participating in in-depth interviews with experts, attending conferences related with our scope.
- Research, develop and implement a Brand and Communication strategy, standards and practices team that elicit the behavior, emotion and recognition objectives of the team. - Development of key messages for all audiences to communicate our core brand identity. - Lead agencies and internal team members where appropriate to execute all communication activities and public relations (marketing materials, advertising, client communications, direct mail, marketing campaigns, press releases, content for trade publications, etc.). - Oversee the writing of press releases, copy for marketing materials, annual reports, advertisements, and other related material. - Manage media relations, research editorial opportunities and build relationships with key media. - Work closely with team leader to ensure messaging is consistent with overall. - Provide monthly reporting to the team manager. - Develop and manage the communications budget. - Conducting marketing studies, both the programs and services of existing or new programs new.
