Hello everyone My name is Mahmoud Allam Hussein, a Senior Production Engineer with +3 years of experience in the food industry. I hold a *Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Dairy Technology* , and have developed strong expertise in the production and optimization of a wide range of food products. My manufacturing experience includes soft white cheeses such as light salted cheese, Feta, and Istambouli, as well as Italian cheeses like Mozzarella and Ricotta, and French cheeses such as Gervais. I have also worked with fermented dairy products including yogurt, labneh, and fermented milk (laban rayeb), along with semi-hard cheeses such as Edam and Gouda. *Currently, I am working in the field of industrial juice and natural jam production,* further expanding my knowledge across different sectors of the food industry.
