I am a Freelance Legal Consultant with over 14 years of experience in litigation, dispute resolution, and commercial contract drafting. I provide strategic legal support to businesses and individuals, helping them navigate complex legal challenges through practical, results-driven solutions. My experience includes handling complex disputes, preparing legal memoranda, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, and representing clients across various stages of litigation before Egyptian courts. I also specialize in advising foreign investors on acquiring Egyptian citizenship, guiding them through legal requirements, procedures, and regulatory compliance, while managing the full process with relevant authorities. In parallel, I provide comprehensive legal support for the establishment and execution of their investment projects. I began my career in 2012 at the office of the late Counselor Ali Abdel Rahim Helmy (former judge), where I progressed to managing case portfolios and leading legal teams until 2020. In parallel, I established and managed my own law office (2016–2022), handling a wide range of civil and criminal cases and advising startups and SMEs. In 2022, I briefly served as a Legal Consultant at a real estate development company owning Al-Solaimaneyah Resort. Later that year, I joined Helal & Partners International Law Firm as Partner and Head of Litigation and Egyptian Citizenship Practice. During my tenure, I advised international clients across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Greece, and France. I contributed to drafting landmark real estate development agreements in Oman in collaboration with the Ministry of Housing, which became a reference framework for future projects. I also supported high-value negotiations, banking arrangements, and dispute settlements, resolving several matters amicably. I have advised on and supported the execution of major projects exceeding billions of EGP across sectors including real estate, energy, and international services. As of February 2026, I am pursuing new professional opportunities.
