Achievements • Launched “Jazeel”, Bahrain’s first fully digital retail banking platform, delivering mobile-first onboarding, Sharia-compliant financing, and seamless account servicing. • Digitized Corporate Banking onboarding, enabling SMEs and large enterprises to open accounts fully online through a regulatory-compliant platform. • Built a Wealth Management digital platform offering high-net-worth customers a 360° portfolio view and direct access to investment services. • Implemented AI-driven churn prediction models that leveraged transactional and behavioral data to reduce attrition through targeted retention campaigns. • Deployed a unified CRM system across retail and corporate segments, centralizing customer data and enabling analytics-driven cross-selling and personalized engagement.
