Achievements: • Successfully launched 30+ new models while enhancing BOM accuracy, reducing average BOM costs, and achieving seven-figure cost savings compared to the previous year. • Developed Power BI dashboard to track and monitor changes. • Awarded Monthly Star twice and recognized as a member of the Best Cost and Efficiency Team. Responsibilities: • Review and validate new model BOMs and SOPs from headquarters, ensuring technical accuracy and accurate upload to the PDM system. • Localize headquarters SOPs into Arabic, adapting them to the Egypt factory's specific equipment and processes to enhance operator understanding and support the new model production. • Deliver presentations to employees to update them on the progress of the new models and explain the main differences compared to the previous models. • Create and maintain routings and production versions in SAP to ensure accurate production planning and order execution. • Performed raw material margin calculations to support pricing and profitability analysis. • Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Department to ensure accurate material consumption, eliminate aging stock, and follow up on the shipment status of materials for new models. • Support After-Sales team by developing and providing accurate Service BOMs (S-BOMs), enabling faster spare parts identification and improved service efficiency.
• Engaging students in grades four to six through interactive online and offline sessions, teaching Python, visual programming, and game development. Each session accommodates a maximum of 25 students and lasts two and a half hours. • Provide personalized feedback and guidance to students to support their growth and development
