BV manages thematic and strategy-driven funds, including an AI Fund, Pre- IPO Funds, Secondaries & Co-Investment Fund, Industrial Tech Fund, and Mobility Fund, backing companies with the potential to disrupt and redefine traditional industries. • Lead M&A transactions, financial modeling, valuation, and IR across Venture Capital and Pre-IPO funds • Execute end-to-end valuation processes spanning early-stage startups to publicly listed companies • Manage IPO preparation processes, including prospectus drafting and regulatory submissions • Support fund formation, structuring, and regulatory compliance for multiple GSYF vehicles • Drive fundraising initiatives and maintain relationships with VC and PE investors • Advise portfolio companies on growth strategy, go-to-market (GTM) planning, and execution • Draft and negotiate key legal documentation, including term sheets and SHA, from inception through closing
