(Oct 2025 - Present) - Aluminium company (Quality & Management Systems) → Establishing the Quality function from scratch. Leading the setup of core processes, documentation, laboratory capability, calibration and reporting routines while building a team and a supplier communication. Also driving 5S implementation and operational excellence. (Jan 2025 - Sep 2025) - Greenfield manufacturing project in metal sector (Quality & Operations) → Greenfield establishment of a new manufacturing operation, with a focus on building quality and operational foundations from day one. Supported leadership teams in shaping the organizational structure and defining core production and quality processes, while contributing to the alignment of cross-functional areas including sales, marketing, maintenance and health & safety. Also contributed to joint venture discussions and pre-agreement evaluations by providing operational, technical and capability-related inputs to support decision-making.
