Currently, I have the accountability for the full P&L and decision making of the Bangladesh and Pakistan Sourcing operation, managing budgets, communicating and close colloboration with all sourcing offices in China, HK, India and Turkey to identify right product for right country. Established a new sourcing office and set up a new 40 colleague team across Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Technical, Compliance, Admin, HR and Finance functions to support over 37% turnover of Bestseller. Close collaboration with 14 Bestseller brands to support their business strategies for wholesale and retail markets around the globe ensuring right support is given from design to delivery and develop a partnership with a strong supply base to deliver right cost, quality and delivery from fully compliant factories. Working closely with brand directors to set and implement the supplier and sourcing strategy identifying gaps within the supply base, on-boarding and developing partners for future collaboration with full sustainability focus. Representing company within the government or other organisations as well as working closely with companies improving RMG industry. Established a team of 8 colleagues in Pakistan (Karachi & Lahore) to expand business by driving company sourcing and supplier strategy. Fully focussed on team development to grow future talents.
