• Working under the guidance of Dr. Rajiv Ratn Shah on interpretable AI systems for mental health risk assessment. • Developed BRI-MH (Behavioral Risk Index for Mental Health) — an interpretable multimodal LLM-augmented framework integrating: – Behavioral signals – Self-reported psychological measures – LLM-derived cognitive features • The framework emphasizes explainability and clinical interpretability, enabling transparent mental health risk modeling across multimodal inputs.
• Designed and deployed a proprietary Agentic AI–driven Ancillary Engine to dynamically bundle and price 40+ ancillary services based on customer behavior, historical interactions, and purchase propensity. • Built a real-time decision system targeting the 12–18% look-to-book customer segment, optimizing personalization and conversion through adaptive pricing and bundling strategies. The system is expected to drive a 20–30% YoY uplift in ancillary revenue and improve booking conversion rates. • Worked on database management and SQL-based data workflows, including writing optimized queries, managing relational schemas, and supporting data-driven internal systems. • Assisted with data cleaning and aggregation pipelines and explored basic ML/AI-driven analytics for trend analysis and insight generation from structured data. Gained hands-on exposure to backend data systems and large-scale digital infrastructure.
