- Drive squads to align with OKRs of the Hive/Tribe, to ensure LuW flows to DtW. - Key focus on Product Owner’s fulfillment of business requirements - Responsibility includes bridging Business & Technology Groups to support the bank in its transformation to the new platforms & enhancements to existence platforms/applications readiness to new eco-system - Business representative to echo business interest in various industry forums (viz. ABS, Clearing House) - Conduct fitment workshop to gather functional and non-functional requirements & ensure right test approach is adapted - Contribute user story grooming, prioritize product backlogs for sprint plans - Device mitigation measures to address risks & issues without compromising on requirements - Ensure business & technology resilience are met per bank’s policy - Provide response to internal & regulatory audit to their satisfaction - Lead war room during go-lives and conduct tabletop exercise to ensure right decisions are made with relevant stakeholders - Identify Prospects, Customer Acquisition, Digital Service Delivery for Corporate, Business Banking & Retail. - Key transformation journeys: - Spearheaded Direct FAST, Cash SCPay, New Entity setup for Local Payments (Sapphire) & PayNow. - Proof of Concept involved are SWIFT GPI & Cross Border TT via FAST - Core contributor for major launch such as SCB SG subsidiarization (Sapphire), MEPS+/RTGS & API integration with Ripple
- Active member of Global Product for Retail Digital Omni Channels on Payments, with key responsibility includes defining product roadmap & to align with bank’s group strategy - Follow the market trend and strategize to assess integration feasibility and stay at par with market - Contribute user story grooming, prioritize product backlogs to deliver based on product needs - Key Initiatives: P2P PayKey, US & Brazil Global Common & Instant Global Transfer and Trusted Identity & API Integration
- Collaborate with Business & Technology Groups for Implementation of Payments, Collections, Sweeps and Receivable Management Solutions along with Systems Integration - Deliver functional specification as per business requirement - Product evaluation with proof of concept - Change involving regulatory needs, coordination with Central Banks, Revenue Authorities, articulate business requirement, review of functional & interface documents - Provide update to project steering committee & project working committee - Cost management to ensure return on investment and benefits are tracked - Ensure right test strategy is adopted as per functional specification scope - Work with conversion team to ensure data migration is aligned with the functional needs - Implementation of fraud monitoring tool across all web platforms (FMT octopus, Threat matrix, akamai enhancements) - Key Initiatives: Unity, Tax Payments & Online Pricing Forex integration
