About

From my working at SVVU, Tirupati I have learnt a lot as by understanding the teaching learning process, one can balance this important element of civilization. Teaching remains incomplete until learning approves it, therefore, there are many methods described for serving this noble purpose. However, every method is good but in my teaching philosophy, learning by doing is best which is followed by learning by watching. Thus in my teaching plan about research is to work together in a team where everyone has rights to give their views and to propose a competent theory over which we can work. A meaningful discussion between the teammates can show a right path for a great success. By discussion, chances for ignorance towards a negative outcome can also be either avoided or the measures can be planned to minimize the side effects. A good team can always balance a task in a better way. The discussion is followed by a strict plan to be executed but periodic screening and evaluation by teammates and senior investigators will also be followed. The prevention is better than cure is a very good philosophy but sometimes one has to jump in water if want to be a swimmer.
