From interactive development and digital marketing consulting to leading IT operations in regulated environments, my career has been about bridging tech with business impact. After 12 years heading IT at WBCSD across six global offices, I now drive IT governance, compliance, and digital transformation at ONWARD Medical, where I built the ITGC framework from scratch and lead initiatives spanning security, ERP, cloud infrastructure, and AI strategy across Switzerland, the Netherlands, and the US. My roots in digital communications and creative tech give me a practical lens on making complex systems actually work for people. When I'm not wrangling audits or architecting integrations, you'll find me traveling around the world, exploring Swiss countryside, or capturing Lake Geneva through a camera lens.
As the Head of Information Technology at WBCSD, I led the IT operations team in a SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS environment across six worldwide offices with over 300 users for more than 10 years. I ensured the security and compliance of our systems and data, and rolled out a cybersecurity awareness education program for users. I also delivered various core business automations to remove manual processes, reduce errors, and enhance efficiency, using tools such as Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Salesforce, and Dynamics.
