- Prepare and revise quality compliance documents for the hospital, such as SOP. policies and procedures. - Strictly implement regulatory standards and best practices according to the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers in every applicable sector, and continuously monitor standard practices. - Collect and compile data for key performance indicators and prepare monthly data analysis reports. - Report all the incidents of non-compliance in the hospital with RCA. Follow up CAPA. - Identify and monitor Infection Control, Waste Management, and Safety Protocols. - Regularly monitoring hospital services and facilities for hazard or risk identification and mitigation - Take daily patient feedback. - Extract data from complete Medical reports, including doctors, nutritionists, clinical pharmacists, and nurses, Medication reports—at least 5 patients per day. - Regularly perform documentation audits in different departments. - Prepare audit-relevant documents, like Committee Meeting Minutes, Analysis Presentations, Action Taken Report, Incident Reports, Internal Audit Report, Patient Safety Audit Reports, Dispute Resolution Reports, etc. - Perform time-to-time mock drills on emergency codes and monitor on-site emergency code responses. - Communicate with Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacists, and Technicians regarding quality assurance and educate staff regarding the standard practices. - Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet Hospital Accreditation quality standards.
- Patient Care - answering calls, attending to patients’ needs, assisting with prescription drop-offs and medication pickups, etc. - Communicating with Doctors and Clinics through Kroll and Fax. - Preparing, packaging, and labeling prescriptions and forwarding them to the Pharmacist. - Kroll use – Prescription filling, Patient Information Management, Pharmanet integration, Compound Mixture Sheet Preparation. - Billing to insurance companies on a Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis. (Third-party Adjudication and Pharmacare). - Managing inventory by stocking medications, checking expiry dates, and ordering supplies from Imperial Distributors Canada Inc. and McKesson Canada. - Blister Packaging using SynMed, PacMed machines. Preparing and organizing batches for the delivery drivers. - Compounding. Tools used - Electronic balances, Pipettes, Blenders, Ungulator, Homogenizers, Capsule-filling machine, Milling, Electric Powder mixers, Grinders.
