Senior power electronic engineer, skilful on AC to DC isolated LLC power converters in the phases of Magnetics design, product, certificate testing and product validation.
-Responsible for Design validation documentation, planning, testing and report writing of the DC-DC, AC-DC, DC-AC converters up to 22kW 1000Vdc. -Responsible for critical components validation used in the power electronics converters, it includes thermal, functional and parametric analysis. -Supported in LLC, flyback and PFC magnetics design. -Responsible for certificate testing which includes Safety (EN61851), environmental (SAE J1455) and EMC tests (Reg.10, Reg.100 etc) -Improved manufacturing testing capability by analysing product test result, which resulted reduced testing time in EOL. -Involved in supplier support for the component selections. -Customer support for the product validation, product specifications and selection. -Creation of technical specification documents of the On-board charger and test certificates for the manufacturing end of line testing. -Sequence implementation using TestStand, Modifications in the labWidows/CVI, executable creation in the LabVIEW. -Projects creation using CAN analyser and FEX. -Supported in the PFC,LLC, DC-DC circuit simulation of converter using PLECS, Simulink, GECKO simulation. -Hands on experience on Quality support non conformities, component incoming inspection, 8D reports. -Knowledge in C, HTML languages.
Performed various tests on materials to know the magnetic properties and was responsible for quality check of the material. Participated in several audits, negotiated with the clients and reviewed various norms upon the customer’s request.
