Here’s more info of my job: Lead the coordination and delivery of Banyule's award winning Inclusive Employment Program, which creates employment opportunities for people experiencing barriers to work. Coordinate the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction of Inclusive Employment Program participants. Provide quality training, support and guidance to business unit leaders about inclusive employment practices, and advocate for access and equity of employment across Council.
Supporting the development and delivery of the Talking Together Project through positive engagement and a co-design approach with Somali Australians and CALD communities in West Heidelberg. Talking Together aim is to increase community engagement with libraries and support mental health and wellbeing.
As a youth program support officer I assist with the delivery of programs for young people that support their well-being, development, access, and participation. As well as, undertake support tasks as requested with the support of the youth team to ensure the smooth running of activities, community presentations, programs, and events.
