• Maintain/update applicant database with status changes. Prepare various reports and documentation, ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and procedures. • Source, identify, and recruit highly qualified (Union/Non- Union Exempt) candidates for all positions, including conducting any of the following: cold calling, referrals, online job postings, Boolean resume database searches on recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, etc. Maintain relationships with external agencies, universities, and other recruitment sources. • Extend and negotiate approved salary offers and provides information on terms and conditions of employment, i.e. salary, benefits, working conditions, physical demands, and work rules. • Represent the Authority at on-campus, in-house events, and external job fairs and events. • Balanced HR assistant responsibilities, along with recruiter tasks during high volume hires
