Over my career, I’ve created over 60 jobs, providing workforce training across multiple disciplines including deep learning, frontend development, design, backend development, UX, and product. I created the first AI bootcamp in Norway attended by professors, data scientists, and business leaders (see the video of the feedback from them in my featured list). My core competencies span a wide range of fields: • Cutting Edge IT Strategy • Business Development, Sales, and Competitive Analysis • Lean Startup, Accounting, and Finance • Customer Analysis (Interviews/Surveys) • Agile and Scrum Manifesto • Deep Learning (Artificial Neural Networks, Convolutional Neural Networks, Recurrent Neural Networks, LSTMs) • Data Science (Exploratory Data Analysis, Feature Engineering, Business Alignment, Revenue Management Systems) • IT Skills: TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, Keras, Tensorflow.js, Python, C#, C++, Javascript, VBA, Bash, .NET Core, React.js, Redux, Unity At Diggit, I’ve cultivated an environment that fosters next-level innovation in E-Learning and we have presented it at various e-learning conferences. Before my work at Diggit, I contributed to significant research at the National Physical Laboratory’s BMT Fluid Mechanics, supervised by Sergey Mijorski and Stefano Cammelli. Our findings were published and presented at the European-African Conference on Wind Engineering in 2017.
DIGGIT (previously known as Sci-code) as a company, is actively developing tools and technologies within education that contributes towards the development of society. The motivation and value upon which the company has been built is usefulness. The key of any country’s societal development is based on education. It is how a generation of people pass its knowledge, know-how, skills and values to the next one. This is why we're building a new education system, pillared on the advances in technology that will enable exploratory learning, personalized learning experiences tailored to each individual, and the most stimulating education in the world. We received 1,000,000kr from the Norwegian Research Council to fully develop the state-of-the-art technology that bridges the gap between industry and education. Currently DIGGIT deeply assesses tech talent through Job Simulations - enabling the discovery of hidden talent. Those with exceptional ability but lack the traditional credentials.
Teaching cutting edge machine learning algorithms in computer science education utilizing natural language processing. The workshops were a way to test our E-learning product. Authoring next generation, interactive books within the topics backpropagation, calculus, LSTM, recurrent neural networks, convolutional neural networks, linear algebra, data science, python and more
E-learning in Driving School Industry. Conducting outcome driven innovation with various customer segments to understand which value propositions should be of main focus at Dribe. Help coordinate team brainstorms to come up with cool innovative ideas, roadmaps, management etc to help foster the next generation of drivers worldwide.
After winning second place, At A-Tech Conference with Aftenposten and Accenture, Accenture awarded 3 business consultants that trained the co-founders in business development and strategy. We learned strategy, financing, market analyses, competitive analysis.
Coordinated and founded a team of developers to create an e-learning website that is integrated into the computer science optimization course teaching Python at the University of Agder. A two-way feedback system is applied in order to provide algorithm visualization and a textual hint. The work was presented at ADILA (Agder Digital Learning Arena) conference in Kristiansand, Norway.
Developed an e-learning website that teaches in an innovative fashion, how to create a infix-postfix calculator utilizing JavaScript. Accurate hints and visualization of the users script is provided to ensure intuitive learning. The work was presented at MatRIC's annual conference 2016 in Oslo, Norway. This project was supervised by the Professors in the math, physics, web-security, and computer engineering departments at the university of Agder.

Pre/Post processing of the results required knowledge of excel Visual Basic, openFoam, Helyx, CAD Rhino. The work is to be presented at The 7th European and African Conference on Wind Engineering (EACWE 2017) - held at Liège (Belgium),
