Centuri is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company providing eQMS and document management solutions to the Nordic market. As CRO and co-owner of the firm, I am responsible for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Support. Partnered with CEO to prepare the company for a successful exit, engaging with multiple investment companies. Completed a successful due diligence process with investment firm Monterro (www.monterro.com), resulting in an acquisition of Centuri and an exit for shareholders. Executed a 5 year growth plan, implementing changes such as: - Expanded Sales and Customer Success teams and established a dedicated Marketing function. - Restructured approach to Sales and territory planning, clarified ICPs, and introduced a sales commission scheme. - Championed and clarified Centuri’s Cloud/ARR first approach. - Sharpened focus on key industry verticals, incl. sales planning, industry specific messaging, advertising and comms. - Optimised sales forecasting and pipeline management for improved revenue predictability.
