Partnered with global project and project design teams to hire leaders and technical experts for impact investment projects with goals ranging from improving food safety for exports to implementation of regenerative agricultural practices to access new markets to scaling up livestock value chains in a humane manner. Built global talent pools for technical and leadership roles, aligning staffing strategies with evolving organizational and project roadmaps. Created and presented presentations to Executive Teams on key organizational policies that effected project design and implementation. Supported project design team during high volume times in strategic roles such as writing proposal sections and marketing materials. Sourced niche consultants to support in strategic areas of product and project design.
Served as Proposal Manager coordinating experts and executives during the design process, writing and submission of the Technical Volume of the $4 Billion Nextgen Global Health Supply Chain Integrated PSA IDIQ proposal. Wrote management plan for the proposal. Lead project design efforts for projects including a $100 million global governance project focused on civil society's role in a healthy democracy in emerging markets. Led recruitment for leadership and technical roles for multiple international projects.
Led business development unit and strategic planning for Pact's global umbrella project portfolio. Directed multi-disciplinary teams of technical experts, data analysts and new business professionals to design high-impact solutions in emerging markets on topics ranging from agricultural supply chains to conflict resolution to healthcare delivery. Lead the design of measurable performance metrics for targeted projects to track engagement and utilization and improve client experience and satisfaction. Traveled to Phnom Penh, Cambodia to lead local and international staff to design a $15 million project to promote female entrepreneurship. Wrote marketing material to promote upcoming products or projects. Oversaw recruitment pipeline for assigned countries and global portfolio and coordinated with assigned recruitment staff. As part of a team, conducted system approach mapping of new business practices for all of Pact’s six subsidiaries and special initiatives.
Mentored Rockefeller Foundation Innovation Challenge finalists to design pilot projects and define KPIs for measuring adoption and impact on projects ranging from health insurance for domestic help in Pakistan to nutritious food stalls in Nairobi's slums. Led recruitment for leadership and technical roles for multiple international projects including a democracy project in Myanmar. Co-trained Pact country teams in Ukraine on product design and persuasive writing for proposals. Wrote detailed budget and budget narratives for multi-million dollar projects.
