Partner with the US East Region Diabetes leadership team to design, implement and execute a variety of Sales Force Effectiveness functions including business planning, forecasting, P&L management, publishing sales activity reports, organization/coordination of business reviews, and support sales training and development programs.

Managed cost centers, forecasted expenses and executed cost savings initiatives during a transitional year into a company group structure. Aug 2015 to Dec 2015: Provided finance support and project analysis for R&D organizations. Reviewed gross margin impact and NPV for a full product portfolio conversion. Mar 2015 to Jul 2015: On a temporary assignment in Sydney, Australia, partnered with Asia Pacific team to ensure seamless completion of Annual Operating Planning and collaborated with HR on compensation strategies. Dec 2013 to Mar 2015: Aligned with the US Legacy Surgical Technologies Sales organization. Developed business insights at the national and customer level, analyzed and reported on core product lines, identified and executed strategic special projects and prepared and presented revenue forecasts.
Provide support and analysis for the domestic business on compensation structure and administration. Perform analysis of sales results to determine present and future performance. Work closely with Sales Management to provide ad hoc analysis for territory management and planning.
Serve as in-charge and key staff for audits of various governmental and non-profit entities. Research GAAP accounting and regulatory accounting questions that emerge within engagements. Supervise and assist in the development and training of staff auditors.
