• Acting as a trusted HR business partner to the Managing Director and management team and doing so in an international and matrixed environment • Representing HR in the business, building partnerships between employees, HR and Managers • Offering solutions for complex employees related issues, providing daily HR guidance • Implementing of all HR processes within my area of responsibility, including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, talent management, talent acquisition, remuneration, retention, engagement and other processes as applicable. • Analyzing trends and metrics and producing reports for ongoing company requirements • Delivering internal training for Managers • Cooperating with Project Services Team on internal projects
• Acting as a trusted HR business partner to the Managing Director and management team and doing so in an international and matrixed environment • Developing and implementing HR policies regarding remuneration strategy, internal mobility, talent management, change management, and employee satisfaction • Organizing mid-year and annual employee performance reviews • Providing an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to Labor Law, internal policies, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee relations matters • Analyzing HR data and producing reports for ongoing company requirements • Driving employee engagement • Coordinating continuous improvement groups • Managing internal communication
• Conducting French-language recruitment processes withinagreed employment budgets and guidelines • Conducting job evaluation processes within agreed timescales (including the preselecting of CVs and initial interviews) while initiating the pre-employment and hiring processes • Initiating and maintaining cooperation with French companies specializing in HR consulting and recruitment
