Most people think high performance is about working harder, thinking faster, or pushing further. But true performance begins when your head and heart start working together. I’m Alexander Chernikov-Zach — a licensed psychotherapist, Sports&Business Coach, and former professional athlete (Rowing). For over 15 years, I lived the world of elite sport — where pressure, failure, and resilience are part of everyday life. Today, I bring that experience into the worlds of business, leadership, and personal growth. I help people and organizations unlock their potential not by adding more pressure — but by helping them understand themselves on a deeper level. Because when you find clarity inside, your performance outside transforms naturally. I work with those who are successful on paper, but feel disconnected, exhausted, or stuck. With leaders who want to inspire without burning out. With teams that have the talent, but have lost their flow. My approach combines the mental discipline of high-performance sport with the depth and empathy of psychotherapy. This allows me to work on levels that most coaches can’t — addressing the patterns, emotions, and inner blocks that quietly shape behavior, relationships, and performance. People work with me because they want to feel stronger, clearer, and more alive — not just more productive. Companies work with me because they know that mental health and performance are not opposites — they’re partners. My mission is simple: To help people and teams perform at their best — not by becoming someone else, but by becoming more fully themselves.
