I have been working since 2015 in backend web development, including e-commerce for the past 8 years. I have held various leadership roles, I like to work in team and make sure that together we can improve, learn from each other, set and achieve goals. I worked mainly on Shopify projects in the last year, focusing on developing custom apps and system integrations through middlewares.
Support 3 teams of abour 4-6 developers, and between 12 and 15 projects Ensure that the developers grow their technical skills and that the projects follow best practices in terms of quality, performance and security Keep an overview of all projects to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements Remove impediments and daily noise from the teams, help them reduce technical debts Work closely with Account Directors, Director of Operations, Product Owners and Scrum Masters Plan a technical roadmap Help developers in their career development Communication with different departments (marketing, R&D team, infrastructure...) and other tech leads
Responsible for all Magento practice among the company Support all 13 development teams in their technical needs Create and maintain technical courses and trainings for new employees Create and animate different study groups for Magento certifications Organise and animate different weekly meetings : technical related for developers, business related for Product Owners Support Account Directors and Product Owners in their needs, vulgarise complex technical issues for them and our clients Support R&D team in the development of internal tools Work closely with marketing, sales, operations, infrastructure, security, legal departments, R&D team as well as the CTO to make sure we are all aligned in our strategies
Create and maintain e-commerce transactional Magento 2 websites Mentor my teammates Primary contact and spokesperson of the team in all technical meetings Participate at interviews for potential candidates Give technical training to new employees
Create and maintain e-commerce transactional websites in Magento 1 and 2 Work on different system integrations specifically related to e-com : PIM, CRM, ERP PHP, nginx, Elastic Search, Redis, RabbitMQ, Fastly Monitor health of our websites hosted on AWS with CloudWatch and New Relic Assist infrastructure team as the devops of the team by working with them to optimise when necessary, server configurations Agile/Scrum framework Give technical training for new employees
