About

With over 17 years of experience in the offshore industry, including 14 years dedicated to floating wind, I have had the opportunity to participate in 2 major semi-submersible FOWT development projects as lead engineer. Listening to industry stakeholders and with my enthusiasm, dedication and leadership, I lead engineering teams in developing innovative solutions to face this nascent industry challenges. My open-mindedness has been key in bringing together people from different cultures, from USA, Europe and Asia. I thrive in open and collaborative environments, fuelled with ideas, possibilities and challenging technical problems.
