Key competences: Strategy, coordination, communications, public affairs (Norway & EU) Currently, I serve as Advisor to the CEO and Secretary to the Board of Directors at Hafslund Celsio - Norway’s largest circular energy company and the country’s leading provider of district heating. Celsio operates Norway’s largest waste incineration plant, where residual waste is transformed into electricity and district heating for Oslo. We also recover energy from data centers, bioenergy sources, and the city’s sewer system. Among our most ambitious projects is the world’s first full-scale carbon capture facility at a waste-to-energy plant - a pioneering step toward a more sustainable future.

ARENA is a multidisciplinary international research centre on the EU and European integration, and is part of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Oslo.
Research assistant for the project "Rewards, motivations and carreers" ("Belønning, motivasjon og karriere") for professors Tobias Bach and Jostein Askim. We study and make a data set on the background of senior officials and political appointees in the Norwegian central government.
