I am working at Geneva Supply located in Wilmot, Wisconsin. Some day to day industry work includes packaging a diverse number of products like hair tools, wellness supplements, books, and much more. My time at Geneva Supply internally has been great experience as I have worked on the B2B side of Geneva Supply, shipping, packaging, scanning numerous amounts of items, and sourcing specific products to fulfill orders While I have been working and in the process of receiving an education, it has taught me time management, responsibility, work ethic, and self discipline. As I am furthering schooling, I am seeking an opportunity where I will be able to utilize my strong organizational skills, and ability to work well with others and under pressure, which will benefit me to grow professionally.
Print out the order sheet for consumers Organize and gather bulk orders of 100 plus products Insursuring every order is correctly packaged and creating shipping labels/bills of ladings for the required equipment needed to successfully and efficiently ship out an order to millions of consumers. Once packaged the products are quantified and needed by warehousing packaging associates to verify every order is correct.
Engaged customers in friendly conversation to build connections and increase satisfaction. Quickly addressed and resolved customer concerns, and work with management to fix advanced issues. Answered phone calls and took orders for customer pickup and to-go orders. Managed communications between team members and customers to keep every operation efficient and successful.
