About

Hi there! Iโ€™m Madi, and I lead talent programs at Wealthsimple ๐Ÿš€ I get to work on the coolest programs around, like our internship and Launchpad programs, designed to give early talent real ownership, real work, and real impact. Building things is my jam ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ Outside of work, I recently completed my Master's of Adult Education at the University of Toronto and I'm on a mission to hit my yearly reading goal. I'm deeply rooted in community โ€” whether in Hamilton ๐Ÿ”จ or through career coaching young professionals as they write their own career stories.
