- Selected through competitive application process to provide on-field injury triage, emergency response, and travel coverage to ensure continuity of care - Independently designed and executed a post-operative rehabilitation program for professional men’s lacrosse athletes including return-to-play progression
- Lead evidence-based treatment sessions for patients on general medicine, pulmonary step-down, and MICU floors with complex diagnoses including immunosuppression post-lung transplant, cystic fibrosis, acute kidney injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, and heart failure - Contributed to discharge planning by assessing functional mobility and safety needs to guide post-acute recommendations
