Working in the Christchurch centre personally handling a workload of 40 clients + a week. Regularly meeting targets, etc. In this role we used multiple computer systems (ICAN + Salesforce) as well as lots of paper filing. In between clients we would manage our reception area as well aiding in the store room. Answering customer concerns and questions via phone, email and walk ins was also a big part in this role. Once a week we would meet with each client and aid them through their weight loss process, talking through their fitness, food and mental goals for the week. We would continue aiding them through maintaining a healthy lifestyle and teach them how to make food work for them! In this role we would also pack frozen and dry foods for each client.
