Madhuri Kommareddi is an experienced leader and program builder in the financial services, government, nonprofit, and politics sectors. Madhuri has published opinion pieces in the New York Daily News, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Albany Times-Union, and U.S. News and World Report, among other publications. Madhuri is an active community member, serving on several nonprofit and advisory boards including currently as Board Vice President of Queens Community House.
Teamshares is a tech-enabled acquiror of high-quality businesses, intending to be a permanent home for businesses. Part holdco, part fintech, Teamshares programmatically acquires companies with $0.5 to $5 million of EBITDA from retiring owners, integrates them with the Teamshares platform, and helps employees earn company stock.
Madhuri served the inaugural Director of Workforce Development for New York State, where she oversaw Governor Cuomo's $175 million Workforce Development Initiative and built the Office of Workforce Development.
