About

I’ve spent over 20 years building, operating, and scaling systems where failure isn’t theoretical. Payments, cryptography, financial platforms, and regulated environments don’t get second chances. Problems surface in production, under real load, with real consequences. That’s why I focus on what happens after deployment. Across roles at PayPal, Visa, AWS, and Capital One, I’ve seen how successful platforms and products require systems thinking and risk assessments. AI introduces this risk at a completely different magnitude. When AI systems move into production, leaders lose line-of-sight into how decisions are actually being made in real time. Policies exist. Dashboards exist. But provable decision integrity and evolving adversarial intelligence remain a huge challenge today. This is the gap I built PromptHalo to address. PromptHalo focuses on runtime AI risk, governance, and security — not on planning documents or static controls, but on how AI systems behave once they’re embedded into real business workflows. The work sits at the intersection of: - Enterprise AI systems in production - AI risk and compliance requirements, - Security and audit readiness, and - Operational accountability. We help organizations answer hard questions before regulators, incidents, or customers force the issue: - What is our AI actually doing right now? - Where is behavior drifting from policy or intent? - Can we explain and defend AI decisions under scrutiny? I’m not interested in AI hype cycles.I’m interested in control, clarity, and trust — the kind enterprises need when systems are already live and decisions are irreversible. If your AI is in production, the real work has already begun.

I founded PromptHalo to solve a problem I started seeing inside large, regulated systems: As organizations deploy AI into critical workflows, they lose real-time visibility into how those systems actually behave over time. Policies exist. Controls exist. But runtime AI models/agents behavior goes unobserved until audits, incidents, or regulatory pressure expose the gaps. PromptHalo focuses on runtime AI risk, governance, and security — specifically for enterprises where AI systems are already live and decisions carry operational, financial, and compliance impact. The work centers on: - monitoring AI behavior in production environments - identifying risk and policy drift in real time - supporting audit-ready visibility for security and compliance teams - restoring control when AI systems operate at scale - establishing trust in autonomous AI systems. This is not about experimentation or model performance in isolation. It’s about accountability after deployment, when assumptions break and consequences matter. I built PromptHalo for foresighted leaders who need answers while systems are running and obsess about their customers' trust.
