Responsible for sourcing and cost management of Engine components, Electrified power train, Transmissions / Transmission components, Driveline commodities, Fuel Systems, Cooling Systems and Exhaust systems for Asia Pacific and Africa. I lead a team of around 50 team members based out of India, China, Thailand & South Africa managing around $ 1.5 Billion annual buy. I also lead the Purchasing operations of the Ford ASEAN region covering 3 vehicle assembly and one engine assembly operation at Thailand and Vietnam.
