●Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding ●Handle employee joining, exit formalities, and maintain personnel records ●Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance support ●Handle ESI, PF, and labor law compliance documentation and coordination ●Draft and issue appointment letters, offer letters, confirmation letters, and HR policies ●Address employee queries and support employee relations ●Maintain HR MIS reports (attendance, attrition, recruitment status) ●Coordinate training, induction, and performance review processes ●Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements ●Support management with HR-related administrative tasks
1. Talent Acquisition • Understand hiring requirements from department heads or hiring managers. • Source candidates using job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, internal databases, employee referrals, and campus drives. • Post job advertisements and manage the inflow of applications. 2. Screening & Shortlisting • Review resumes to shortlist candidates based on job criteria. • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate fit (skills, experience, salary expectations, notice period, etc.). • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers. 3. Interview Management • Arrange technical and HR interviews across multiple levels. • Share feedback with candidates and hiring teams. • Ensure timely follow-up and communication throughout the interview process. 4. Offer Management • Negotiate salary and benefits within company policy. • Prepare and release offer letters after final approval. • Coordinate pre-joining formalities and background verification (BGV) processes. 5. Onboarding Support • Assist in onboarding new hires by coordinating with HR operations. • Ensure all joining documentation is completed. • Conduct orientation sessions when required. 6. Database & Reporting • Maintain recruitment trackers and databases. • Provide regular hiring status updates to leadership or HR managers. • Ensure data is compliant with internal policies and privacy regulations. 7. Employer Branding (Optional but Valuable) • Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and online platforms. • Promote a positive candidate experience.
•Work closely with hiring managers, department heads, and technical leads to understand the specific requirements for each IT role. •Post jobs on popular job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.). Use advanced Boolean search techniques to find passive candidates on LinkedIn, Monster, and other relevant platforms. •Encourage employee referrals and tap into existing networks to identify high-quality candidates. •Gather feedback from interviewers and share it with candidates to keep them updated on their application status. Discuss salary expectations, benefits, and other terms of employment with candidates to facilitate a smooth offer process. •Collect feedback from hiring managers regarding new hires' performance and fit within the team to improve future recruitment efforts. •Understand visa and work authorization processes to manage candidates' immigration status appropriately (e.g., H-1B, F-1, TN visas, etc.). •Review resumes and portfolios to assess qualifications, technical expertise, and relevance to the open position. Look for specific technical skills (e.g., programming languages, frameworks, certifications). : Stay updated on emerging technologies and new skill sets in the IT sector, as tech roles can evolve rapidly.
