I’m a Content Designer and UX Writer who believes good content should make technology feel simple and human. I’ve partnered with teams in health/wellness tech, AI, and finance to help people navigate digital experiences with clarity and ease. My background in creative writing and marketing taught me how to tell a good story; content design taught me how to structure one. • Contributes conversational language and content design to support the upcoming launch of Airbnb's first voice AI assistant, crafting dialogue flows that feel natural, trustworthy, and on-brand • Designs and validates golden datasets for Voice AI training, writing and refining prompts across support intents and edge cases to strengthen model calibration and response accuracy • Restructured groundedness evaluation logic for an AI Assistant Virtual Judge, improving claim assessment consistency and making risk attribution more transparent across model evaluations • Annotates and evaluates AI-generated responses for tone, accuracy, and helpfulness, providing qualitative feedback that directly informs iterative model fine-tuning
• Defined the core content design strategy for system communications, notifications, and lifecycle alignment • Led content design for the revenue-focused pod responsible for onboarding, payments, settings, accounts, help center, and partnerships • Designed and prompt-engineered an LLM feature that turns family insights into weekly narrative summaries that are brand-aligned, accurate, and engaging • Developed foundational documentation and tools for the language design team, including UX writing guidelines, voice and tone guidance, and a content strategy hub • Partnered closely with design, research, engineering, legal, and product to deliver clear and consistent user experiences across the app
• User-tested and optimized product flows, increasing completion rates by 15-20% through improved UX copy • Wrote UX content for onboarding & payment flows, navigational design, and in-product experiences • Collaborated with C-suite of prominent product partners, including Aflac, Geico, Spartan Race, Blue Acorn, Grid, CarShield, Proper, Prudential, Hiatus, and others
• Partnered with cross-functional stakeholders to redesign the information architecture for one of the world’s largest art libraries, improving navigation, clarity, and accessibility across legacy pages • Audited and restructured content categories, taxonomy, and page hierarchies to reduce duplication and improve findability for research audiences • Advised on navigation and UX patterns (jump links, accordions, search entry points) to increase clarity and reduce cognitive load, particularly for mobile users
• Drove copy efforts for the pre and post-launch initiatives for the Dream Sock 2, which resulted in a company record-breaking launch day of $280.4k in sales, and a 330% increase in the total amount of time a user spent on the site • Collaborated with legal and PM teams to produce legally-compliant packaging, landing pages, sales sheets, and in-store displays • Worked closely with the Creative Director and Vice President of Brand Marketing to align on overall marketing strategy and execute on emails, organic and paid social media, blogs, and other customer-facing content
