Madeline Weeks is an award winning Costume Designer, Creative Director and collaborator. She most recently designed the costumes for "Madden", a feature film directed by David O. Russell, coming out in 2026, starring Nicholas Cage and Christian Bale. Weeks was the Costume Consultant for Luca Guardagnino's, "Artificial", a feature film about AI coming out in 2026. Both films are produced by Amazon Studios. Before that Weeks designed the costumes for Netflix's "The Life List", a romantic comedy set in New York and in 2023, she designed the costumes for "Mr & Mrs Smith", the limited series starring Donald Glover and Maya Erskine. Her first feature film she designed the costumes for was "Armageddon Time", directed by James Gray, starring Anne Hathaway and Jeremy Strong and Anthony Hopkins. Earlier in her career, Weeks was Creative Visuals Director at WeWork, hired to tell the story of WeWork in 2019, she assembled a team to create a lush visual world for the maverick company for shared office spaces breaking the mold for what modern design for communal corporate life could be globally. Before that, Weeks was the Fashion Director for GQ Magazine. She collaborated with designers, photographers, actors, athletes, musicians and personalities from Timothée Chalamet, Leonardo DiCaprio, ASAP Rocky, Tom Brady, to Teyana Taylor, Beyoncé, Rihanna, Bella Hadid and Kendall Jenner. She has been charged with creating iconic images with influential photographers such as Annie Leibovitz, Craig McDean, Mert & Marcus, Steven Meisel, Inez & Vinoodh and Glen Luchford. Weeks has been instrumental in creating GQ’s most memorable and sensational covers and transforming the brand into the world’s leading men’s style platform. As a stylist, she guest edited covers, portfolios and ads for Vogue, Vanity Fair, Out, Zeit Magazine, Adidas and Netflix, Tommy Hilfiger, Mercedes, Rolex, among others. Weeks designed costumes for the American lead, Jonny Lee Miller in the 60’s British play “INK,” for Jerry Seinfeld for his hit Netflix show, David Byrne's World Tour as well as smash hit music videos like Amy Winehouse's "Valerie" for Mark Ronson. Her unerring eye and editorial voice is trusted throughout the fashion and film industries around the world. Her unique knowledge of media, design, photography, fashion and cinema are what set Weeks apart in this fast-changing global landscape. Weeks currently lives in Los Angeles, California.
