- Used high-performance design principles to create a 70+ screen HMI in Ignition - Created custom “replay” functionality using Python and SQL so operators can replay events leading up to an operational alarm - Reviewed and edited P&ID and building schematics - Worked quickly to provide updates for customer as new features were requested
- Designed, assembled, and tested 2-port USB hub PCB with I2C communication, 5 units fully built and tested in hospitals - Created full assembly and QA procedure to design a minimum of 10 TIPSO units to be delivered to customers - Used SolidWorks and 3D printing for design and prototyping of custom enclosures and parts ensuring CSA compliance
