I work strategically and operationally with idea development, strategic consulting, content production and media management on behalf of various clients. Through various client work over a long period of time, I have gained extensive experience with clients in the energy industry. I also have expertise in crisis management, including various crisis exercises at large Norwegian industrial companies.

I had responsibility for the majority of the internal and external communication in district Vestre Aker. This included, but was not limited to: - Developing communication strategies and communication plans for the district's projects, including the district's focus on improving Hovseter as an area (områdesatsningen Hovseter), and the district's work on the project "Health Promoting Meeting Places 60+" (Helsefremmende Møteplasser 60+ Vestre Aker). - Responsibility for publishing and editing on the district's intranet, as well as writing the "Employee of the month" column and newsletter from the management to the employees. - Responsibility for the district's social media, mainly Facebook. This included publishing information from and about the district (in line with our strategy), as well as responding to inquiries from residents. - Responsibility for writing "content marketing" articles about the district in the local newspaper, Akersposten.
Internship at Adresseavisen through Oslo and Akershus University College of Applied Sciences (now: Oslo Metropolitan University). Journalist in the culture section. I gained a broad experience with doing interviews.
Summer Internship: Consisted of translating technical documentation from Norwegian to English, as well as improving internal wiki softwares, and changing the company logo and layout in company documents.
