You'll find that learning, growing and personal development consistently run through my cv. Whether it's through 1-1 coaching, trainings or by developing curricula that matter, I'm at my best when I work at the intersection of people, growth and strategy.
Supporting all GNT colleagues in their professional growth. This means I design, develop and implement a range of programs and initiatives that meet today's and tomorrow's needs for driven, skilled and knowledgeable colleagues who together build our colorful future.
As a coach and trainer I support professionals who are looking to fully bloom in work and life. Who are looking for more meaning in their work, who wish to make better use of their strengths (and/or lead in ways that suit them), to create a greater impact and to shake off the tiny voice that reminds them of different expectations. Equally important: I love supporting the organisations that wish to create environments in which their talent can flourish. Through training, workshops and coaching we can help your people to bloom fully. Here are some topics that light me up: (deep) purpose, conscious business, women leadership, personal leadership, diversity & inclusion, education, sustainability, and a life well lived.
