Hiya! My name is Madison, but you can call me Maddie. I am a passionate individual with a whole lot of hopes and dreams. Currently, I am a part of the Textron Aviation family in Content/Digital Marketing. I have a *slight* epistemophilic personality, and I put my heart and soul into my work. My skills lie on the creative side of Marketing, but I have knowledge, and enjoy, the analytical and technical side of Marketing. I also have many passions such as esports, hair, makeup, soccer, cheerleading, graphic design, videography, and social media management. I help maintain and inform our employees of the correct brand standards. I also project manage marketing elements for events, customer experiences, corporate projects, and much more. I work on projects that are being launched worldwide, and I work with many vendors and channel partners on the daily.

I manage the One Workforce grant where I report and collaborate with the Workforce Alliance Center of South Central Kansas. I connect with students to help them obtain scholarships, and identify a need from employers of Wichita to provide those scholarships while simultaneously strengthening the workforce of Kansas.
-Coordinate and leads assigned project(s) and Accounting for Strategic Initiatives -Monitors project plans, schedules and budgets. Recommends alternative actions based on tracking outcomes. -Coordinates, organizes and supports project promotions to targeted audience. -Documents and tracks project progress compared to goals. -Coordinates and prepares reports, materials and presentations to support leaders. -Coordinates and/or leads project tasks as assigned.
I maintain funding for our NSF program along with managing the teams. I organize and update various spreadsheets for different reports. I also am proficient in different software and programs such as: Event Management System, DoorMan, Innovation Within OmniUpdate Campus and Visual Compliance. I create various media using software such as: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and CorelDraw. I have collaborated with several WSU organizations as well as WSU partners, such as: Center for Entrepreneurship, GoCreate, NIAR, Boston Consulting Group and Dassault. I have also revised some of our reporting protocols to make them more efficient and make website designs and updates.
I coached the Storm Cheer teams: Reign, Lightning, and Hail. I worked with kids towards perfecting their tumbling, stunting, and general cheer skills. I accepted coaching, constructive criticism and recognition with humility and composure, I acted as a positive role model for team participants and in the community and I developed positive relationships with parents, schools and the community.
