I’m a technology executive with 25+ years of experience leading platform modernization, cybersecurity, digital identity, and large-scale transformation initiatives across telecommunications, enterprise software, and regulated technology environments. My work has consistently focused on modernizing complex operational platforms while balancing scalability, resilience, governance, and delivery execution. Over the years I’ve worked across startups, enterprise environments, and advisory roles throughout the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and North America, operating at both strategic and deeply technical levels. I’ve led modernization initiatives across telecommunications and digital platform ecosystems supporting operators including Vodafone, O2, A1, and Vodacom, while also driving operational and technology transformation initiatives within Virgin Mobile UAE. Much of my work has centered around real-time systems, streaming architectures, operational visibility, digital identity, and cybersecurity long before many of these approaches became mainstream priorities. Selected experience includes: • Founder of Dark Thera, an AI-assisted forensic state analysis and enterprise visibility platform designed to provide scalable real-time understanding of endpoint state, operational drift, and cybersecurity posture across large environments. • Creator and lead architect of CSAT, a Microsoft-funded cybersecurity maturity and analytics platform adopted globally across Microsoft and partner ecosystems. • At Virgin Mobile UAE, introduced one of the region’s earlier machine-learning-driven KYC and identity verification workflows alongside streaming-based operational foundations supporting personalization and automation. • As CTO of Mondia Digital, led modernization of fragmented B2B2C platform ecosystems, standardized integration architecture, and supported cloud and operational transformation initiatives across multi-region environments. Today, I remain particularly interested in the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, digital identity, real-time systems, and regulated operational platforms, especially where governance, explainability, resilience, and operational execution must coexist from the beginning.
Founded Dark Thera, an AI-assisted forensic state analysis and enterprise visibility platform focused on large-scale identification of persistence mechanisms, malware activity, unauthorized remote access tooling, memory-resident threats, and deep operational artifact visibility across complex enterprise environments. Architected a highly deduplicated, stream-oriented analysis platform designed to scale forensic telemetry and artifact analysis across tens of thousands of endpoints per tenant while supporting advanced PE, ELF, and Mach-O analysis workflows. Designed governance-driven AI and machine learning approaches to operate within deterministic operational boundaries, ensuring explainability, validation, and human oversight remained central to security-sensitive workflows. Platform capabilities validated across 20,000+ Windows endpoints, with broader Linux and macOS analysis support in progress.
Re-architected the CSAT cybersecurity assessment platform into a scalable, Microsoft-funded self-service solution supporting enterprise and SMB onboarding through standardized analytics, automated reporting, and large-scale endpoint assessment workflows. Led platform modernization initiatives focused on scalable data processing, assessment normalization, statistical modeling, and AI-assisted reporting capabilities designed to improve cybersecurity maturity analysis, operational visibility, and assessment consistency across diverse enterprise environments. Supported platform expansion across Microsoft and partner ecosystems, contributing to annual cybersecurity assessment initiatives reaching thousands of enterprises and millions of endpoint evaluations globally.
Led the modernization of a fragmented B2B2C digital platform ecosystem supporting major telecom operators including Vodafone, O2, A1, and Vodacom, transitioning the organization toward a more scalable event-driven and API-centric operational architecture. Rebuilt engineering delivery discipline, organizational structure, and operational execution models across multi-region delivery environments, reducing organizational complexity while maintaining aggressive transformation timelines and continuity across live operator ecosystems. Standardized partner integration architecture and modernization practices, significantly reducing onboarding complexity, improving delivery consistency, and accelerating commercial and technical integration workflows. Established architectural foundations for real-time operational intelligence, streaming-driven automation, and scalable service orchestration while strengthening governance controls, cloud modernization initiatives, and platform resilience across the broader technology estate.
Founded BlackSafe Cybersecurity Solutions to research and develop advanced forensic state analysis, persistence visibility, and enterprise-scale threat investigation capabilities focused on uncovering hidden malware activity, unauthorized remote access tooling, memory-resident threats, and operational compromise across complex enterprise environments. Led the early architecture, research, and prototype development of the platform and analysis approaches that later evolved into Dark Thera, including telemetry collection frameworks, large-scale forensic survey workflows, artifact normalization pipelines, and stream-oriented analysis services validated through enterprise pilot environments. Directed product strategy, platform architecture, and technical validation initiatives focused on scalable forensic analysis, operational visibility, and governance-oriented security workflows designed for regulated and security-sensitive enterprise environments.
Led international growth, strategic partnerships, and channel expansion across EMEA and APAC, establishing a regional ecosystem of 100+ partners, major distributors, and global consulting relationships including PwC. Worked closely with enterprise customers, financial institutions, government stakeholders, and regulated-sector organizations to position post-breach detection, forensic visibility, and threat hunting capabilities within operationally sensitive and high-trust environments. Contributed to the evolution of financial-sector cybersecurity practices through collaboration with SWIFT, banking institutions, and regional regulators, including recommendations influencing post-breach detection approaches and semi-annual security validation obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
