- Provide one-on-one behavior coaching to at-risk/high needs children and their families in home, school, and community settings throughout Maricopa County - Follow the Positive Behavioral Support (PBS) model by using strength-based, family-focused, and culturally sensitive interventions to address behaviors that are putting a child’s placement at risk - Collaborate with caregivers and Child and Family Team (CFT) members to put sustainable systems and age-appropriate interventions in place - Complete progress notes and client documentation
Observed behavioral health patients in the emergency department to ensure their safety and the safety of others. Accurately recorded patient behavior and location every 15 minutes. Effectively communicated with nurses and fellow observers to problem solve and report patient behavior.
