Acting simultaneously as a senior executive and a lawyer, I bring a unique blend of legal acumen, business development expertise, and innovative thinking to my role as a senior leader at Greenberg Traurig. With a strong focus on exploring new opportunities and driving growth, I am responsible for overseeing the firm's business development, communications, strategy, marketing, innovation and legal tech initiatives in Poland and throughout the region. Head of Postgraduate Studies, Academic Lecturer, Conference Speaker and Expert of the Artificial Intelligence Working Group at the Ministry of Digital Affairs (GRAI) and at Digital Real Estate. With over a decade of experience in the professional legal services sector at top-tier firms, I have honed my skills in transactional capital markets and M&A, developing a deep understanding of the legal and business landscape. The pinnacle of my academic journey is highlighted by obtaining a PhD in Law based on my dissertation revolving around the public company and capital markets. My academic achievements are further highlighted by the prestigious Award from the President of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange for the Best PhD Dissertation in Poland, based on my novel research on public companies and capital markets, which has been published as a book. I am privileged to cooperate my research in renowned journals, contributing significantly to the legal and business discourse in the fields of transactional capital markets, M&A, legal tech, and legal management. As I continue to expand my research in these areas, I have also completed an Executive MBA at Koźmiński University, recognized as the best EMBA program in Central and Eastern Europe by the Financial Times. This advanced education has further honed my management skills and strategic thinking abilities. As the recipient of the Dean’s Best Executive MBA Student Award and with a passion for innovation and a dedication to excellence, I am committed to driving success and delivering exceptional results for my clients and colleagues alike.
