• Managing and participating in Kosciuszko Institute initiatives (conceptualizing and leading Institute’s engagement in Internet Governance Forum 2021, moderating Global Alliance for Values-Based Digital World session at IGF, participating as speaker during Erasmus+ project Cyber Aware Students for Public Administrations (CASPA) seminar, co-author of the anti-disinformation textbook for high schoolers etc.) • Responsible for organizing various formats and discussion panels with high level panellists during CYBERSEC Forum conferences; • Conducting research on digitalization, cybersecurity and new technologies, writing reports and policy briefs; • Managing institutional partnerships and patronages of CYBERSEC conferences; • Writing substantive posts for the Kosciuszko Institute social media channels;
• Responsible for promotion and marketing of cybersecurity trainings; • Handling B2B negotiations in regards to various ITSec related workshops; • Cooperating with trainers and customers in setting optimal training agendas; • Liaising with IT specialists to provide the optimal customer experience; • Following cybersecurity trends around the world, creating appropriate promotion strategies
• Responsible for cash collection activities in regard to customers with overdue debt; • Contacting customers via mail, phone and live chats to ensure clear payment process; • Maintaining positive relationship with client’s customers; • Working alongside multiple teams to prevent disputes and confirm accordance with set procedures; • Negotiating and preparing payment plans for customers; • Cooperating with team members to ensure the best execution of client’s processes. • Preparing monthly reports sent to client, tracking team’s statistics e.g. amounts collected, productivity, average cases handled etc.;
