•Managed the electronics product line in dishwashing R&D - North America. •Built a strong team of engineers through effective hiring, setting KPI’s and regular reviews alongside mentoring and coaching. •Created the technology roadmaps for electronics, user interfaces, motors, motor controls, sensors and more- managing the budget, product quality and the creative vision. •Developed new architectures of main controls, user interfaces, motor controls, 3-phase & 1-phase motors in every segment of the products resulting in major cost savings, features enhancements and architecture enablers through scalability for future product expansions
•Managed the electronics product portfolio in Dishwashing R&D - Europe. Built, trained, developed and mentored a team of 15 Engineers. Grew the existing team from 5 Engineers to 15. •Developed and delivered first main controller integrated with 3-phase Motor controller - first internally developed - enabling technology know-how & significant cost reductions. •Created & delivered global strategy for main controls & user interfaces enabled global leverage for cost, features and knowledge sharing - first global project for whirlpool dishwashers.
•Engineer with Jabil Circuit overseeing maintenance for the TV platform, supervising of all the functional changes. Introduced and launched new products & platforms to the mass production, partnered with Philips Global Development Center.
