Initiate a new service in both countries – Poland and Czech Republic. Main goal – cover the full dealers network inside Poland and Czech Republic in case of technical and process assistance. Support Polish & Czech market in technical and Process&Systems area from passenger cars Mercedes-Benz, Maybach and Smart. Solving the technical problems reporting from markets. Including simple cases and complex cases. As a team member reporting to HQ and markets about problems receiving from markets. Consulting a complex problems with MOC. In the part of Process&Systems support - look after pre-authoriztion for repair, take a decision in service contract claims. Working together helps to find a good and fast solution for cases. In Multicultural and Multilanguage center – Network Assistance Center we providing a first level of support for the Dealers in region Europe in technical, processes, systems, and warranty cases. This is for increase the quantity and quality level of support the dealers.
